How much do you charge?
The average price to gain entry to a standard cylinder lock is £80 - £100. Prices will vary depending on the service you require and there is always an additional charge if new parts/locks are required. We will always give you an upfront quote before any work takes place. How long will it take for you to get to my property?
In an emergency, we aim to be with you in 20-40 minutes, however this is not always possible due to circumstances beyond our control, and we will let you know an ETA if we are delayed.
In a non-emergency, we are flexible with our availability and are happy to accommodate a date and time to suit you. Please call us on 07394996080 to discuss your needs.
Can you gain access to my car?
Unfortunately we don't currently offer auto services.
What do I do if I require out of hours assistance, and is there an extra cost?
We offer 24hr emergency assistance so please call us on 07394996080 no matter the time of day or night.
Our standard business hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. A higher rate is charged outside of these hours. This includes evenings, typically between the hours of 6pm to 9am, plus weekends and public holidays.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes, we hold full Public Liability insurance and have City and Guilds and NCFE qualifications. Our locksmiths always carry I.D.

What guarantee will I get with my new locks?
High security locks come with a minimum 2 year guarantee. Your locksmith will explain how to activate your guarantee once your new high security locks have been installed.
All standard locks carry a 12 month warranty.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No, there is no call out fee. We offer free quotations.
